People love this game, they love holding it, they dream of playing it fresh again, but it is not the one they fire up for a session that runs to 3am. That is probably the short level structure talking. You come back for a moment, not for a whole night. Art style stays oddly around the middle, the soundtrack just above.

Next to modern 2D platformers, often brutal or stripped down, Legends keeps a rare generosity. It overflows, it makes you laugh, it works with friends on the couch.

So, who is it for? For you if you love precise, colourful platforming and memories that stick. Much less so if you want a time sink that swallows entire evenings.
