On gut feeling, this reissue lands slightly above average, ahead of 58% of games. Nothing thunderous, but the detail is more interesting than the summary. Controller feel pushes it ahead of 79% of titles, and rediscovery ahead of 81%, which says plenty: people dream of living that first crossing of the Zone again. Fun sits in the middle, art direction too, the soundtrack just below. And then there is the hole: desert island, ahead of only 22% of games, with connection under the average. Translation: people love playing it, they do not want to live in it. On few votes those gaps still need confirming, but the shape of the profile holds together.

Makes sense for a demanding, rough prequel where survival and faction war come before comfort. Against survival shooters that smooth everything out, Clear Sky owns its harshness, and that is exactly what makes it unforgettable for some and repellent for others.

So who is it for? For you if you like grimy immersion, constant tension, games that do not hold your hand. Much less so if you want a comfortable companion for long evenings.
